Masonic Children & Family Services of Texas (MCFS) understands that navigating the healthcare system can be complex and costly, especially when your child has medical needs that require specialized treatment or therapy. We’re here to help families get the support they deserve, so children can access the care they need to thrive.
How We Can Help
MCFS provides financial assistance to help Texas families cover the costs of various medical treatments and therapies for children, including:
Dental Treatments
Restorative care, fillings, extractions, anesthesia, and other essential dental procedures.
Autism Therapies
Proven interventions like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.
Learning Disability Therapies
Specialized support for children with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning challenges.
Psychological Testing & Counseling
Assessments, therapy, and support to address mental health and emotional well-being.
Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy
Targeted therapies to improve motor skills, communication, and overall development.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for assistance, the following conditions must be met:
- Texas Residency: You must be a Texas resident.
- Child’s Age: Child receiving services must be aged 21 or younger.
- Parent or Legal Guardian: You must be the child’s parent or legal guardian.
- Documentation: You’ll need to provide proof of income and documentation from your child’s doctor or therapist outlining the recommended treatment plan.
How to Apply
- Complete the Online Application: Start the process by filling out our online application form.
- Gather Documents: Provide proof of income and a treatment plan from your child’s doctor or therapist. You can submit these with your application or separately.
Our team will carefully review your application and determine if we can provide financial support.
Important Notes
- Funding is limited. MCFS provides support to as many children as possible, but resources are limited and not all applications can be approved.
- Masonic affiliation is not required. Texas residency and demonstrated need are the primary determining factors for eligibility.
